Jeevan Mrityu, a Hindi-language crime action thriller released in 1970, was produced by Tarachand Barjatya under the renowned Rajshri Productions banner. The film featured a talented cast including Dharmendra, Raakhee, Ajit, Rajindernath, and Leela Chitnis. This movie is a remake of the 1967 Bengali film 'Jiban Mrityu,' which starred the celebrated actors Uttam Kumar and Supriya Devi in the lead roles. The music for 'Jeevan Mrityu' was composed by the notable duo Laxmikant Pyarelal, with lyrics written by Anand Bakshi. Additionally, the film was dubbed in Malayalam under the title 'Jeevitha Samaram.'
