Palay Khan is a Hindi film from India, released in 1986, directed by Ashim Samanta and produced by Shakti Samanta under his production company, Shakti Films. The film features Jackie Shroff in the lead role of Palay Khan, alongside Poonam Dhillon and Farah in significant supporting roles. R. D. Burman provided the musical score. The script for Palay Khan had been a favorite of Shakti Samanta since the mid-1970s; although he initially intended to cast Rajesh Khanna, the project was not realized until the mid-1980s.
